Understanding self-worth is the beginning of progress. It has only been in recent years that I have felt I had anything to offer others as a coach or mentor. Part of the reason is that I doubted my own self-worth.

A common struggle many people have is clarifying their purpose – why do they do what they do. A lack of clarity on your why will limit the success and fulfillment you find in your life and in your work.

You may have seen this quote by Jim Rohn before, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” I’m not sure if that can be proven, but most of us would naturally think about gathering five of the “right kind” of people around us that reflect who we want to become.
